and Medical Service Officers, Grade GS-06 through
GS-12
The following procedures and criteria have been established
for the competitive evaluation of Medical Technicians and Medi-
cal Service Officers, Grade CS-06 through GS-12. A competitive
evaluation will be done on all incumbents in this grade annually.
CRITERIA NUMERICAL RATING
1. Fitness Reports (4) points maximum
(3 latest reports) (4) points - OUTSTANDING
2. Training
0 - 1 point for each seminar,
panel, course, etc.
3. Awards and Commendations
0 - .3 for QSI and awards
0 - .3 for commendations
0 - .1 for Ltr of Appreciation
4. Field Service
1 point for each 4 years
5. Hardship Assignments
0 -pl point each month
6. Career Service Status
1 point for Provisional
1 point for Career
7. Length of Service
