the best interests--of the Govern nt to effect this transfer.. The
specific conditions which the two artise have agreed will govern all

The prcegosed traiiafer does not involve immediate physical relocation
of the Government Printing Office-Stag Service facility. Final, relocation
will not take place until adequate space is available in ,the Langley,
