DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION
1. One of the continuing complaints I receive from
OL careerists is that they are not receiving information
on such matters as vacancy notices, training programs,
Logistics Notices, etc. I consider this a valid complaint
and have asked all division chiefs to renew their efforts
to ensure that this type of information is circulated to
all of their employees.
2. I also would like to ask each employee to make
an effort to seek out this sort of information. Quite
often this means.finding out from their supervisors where
notices are posted or kept in a particular component.
3. It is only through the cooperation of all that
this problem can be corrected. I, therefore, request that
whenever an employee discovers an instance where information
is not properly distributed it be brought to the attention
of either the supervisor, division chief, or the undersigned.
