1953 from the DCI to the DD/A and the further authority granted in
the memorandums dated 17 April 1953 from the DD/A to the Comptroller
on the subject, "DD/l'-TOS Project MICULTRA", subproject 12 has been
approved, and $30,000.00 of the over-all Project MKULTRA funds have
