1. It is recommended that the above project be continued
during the Fiscal Year 1950 in the same amount. This project
provides for the payment, from unvouchered funds, of travel and
entertainment expenses incurred by the Director, Deputy Director
and the Executive.
2. Since all accountings of this nature are, in accordance
with existing practices, approved by the Director, it is suggested
that an appropriate proviso be inserted in the project.
