SPECIAL PROVISIONS OR LIMITATIONS
The figures submitted appear reasonable in the light of past experience,
although all elements are difficult to predict. At present, paragraph
10.5 of the Confidential Funds Regulations does not provide for approving
officers for the covert administrative branches. Pending amendment,there
bf,it is recommended that the CIA Services Officer and his Covert Deputy
funds covered
