Jplaroved For Release 2 P78-04836A000100050041-1 , Office Memorandum UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Director of Training DATE: 1~ S vley :L 1. I have instructed o revise his description of the "two-day package to emphasize "countermeasures." I have told him that he should explain the need for the inclusion of positive audio operational information in the introduction. This can be done by emphasizing the fact that 90'L of finds have been through visual, physical search; therefore, it follows that the more you know of the mentality and modus operandi of the positive operator, the more likely the finding of the plants. If we create a real awareness of the audio threat, we will have presented a successful package. 2. The photo lab will be open from 1800 to 2100 hours in order that those who feel the need to brush up may do so. This is a facility which should be as accessible as the language lab, and its availability should assure a greater competency in JOT graduates;, provided they make use of it. 3.
