Following are our comments regarding paragraph 3
of referenced memorandum.
3 a. Total departmental personnel represents
the best projection we can make at this time.
3 b. OSI should be located in reasonably
close proximity to the DD/S&T and. other DD/S&T
components, plus OCR, ORR, CGS and OCI.
3 c. OSI should, be housed with the DD/S&T
and other DD/S&T components regardless of which
building, and conveniently located, to OCR, ORR,
CGS and. OCI.
