a. GS-12's and 13's should be ranked for promotion in April. You may want to
appoint a sub-panel.
b. We are getting ready to nominate individuals for Senior Schools (1967-68).
The Panel members may have some thoughts about GS-13's for the Armed Forces
Staff College and GS-14's for the other Senior Schools.
