1. I was recently advised t1vit the Central Intel11igu ee Agency
is inte in this Agency conducting a project similar to
Project for personnel, of your agency.
2. I was very pleaised to Near of this consideration as I believe
such a program will be tit beneficial to all concerned.
Accordingly, I would like to propose that the Defense Intelligence
Agency conduct Project IM for the purpose of acquainting
selected personnel in the Central ntei1i, ce Agency with the
organization, functions,, and activities of this Agency. It is
planned that membere of the Joint Staff would also be invited to
attend.
3. The Chief Of the DIA Fraiuing a101* has been directed to
Proceed with Project AIL Should you d Ire to accept this
Proposal. The first session could be scheduled in the fall.,
probably in October.
