SUBJECT : Parking Lot and Access Road
1. Authority is requested for the expenditure of approximately
$15,250.00 for the construction of an access road automobile
parking area This parking 25X1A6d
area will be ON a R provide au omobile parking for vehicles of
employees and students and to provide increased parking facilities
in case of an emergency.
2. The estimate prepared by the Engineering Division at the
was $13,646.60. The Real Estate and
cons ruc on Division, Logistics Office, increased the figure to
$15,250.00, because of the rock formation generally found throughout
the area. The funds are available in the Budget.

3. The parking area would be 117' x 250' and would accommodate
103 automobiles. The access road would be approximately 370' long.
The road would be 8 wide, including shoulders, 12' of which would
be paved. A breakdown of the estimated costs is attached.
