2. SUBMISSION BY C.1UEFR OF MAJOR :UA,S?N'
a. Chiefs of Major Components in'which activities are ple=ed on a program
basis, i.e., programs composed of integrated projects which cover speci-
fic operational activities, shad submit annual operational programs to
the Recording Secretary of the Project :Fevlew Covr1ttee beginning not
later than the Second week in April each yeaz .
b. Chiefs of Major Components or their designees a'h.1 coordinate with, the
Recording Secretary of the Project Review Committee in order that pro-
grams may be submitted at such intervals as will ensure a program being
available for Committee consideration each week.
