1. The attached procedure looks adequate and is probably
fairly simple from the standpoint of the operating offices.
I wonder about paragraph 4 where it indicates a summary statement
will be furnished to the elements of the )D/S. Wky can't a
copy of the cable be distrdbuted to these offices and serve
in lieu of the summary statement?
2. I wonder 1! this procedure would be appropriate for
inclusion, perhaps in a shorter form, in the revised version
of CFR 9.L which Mr. is supposed to be working on.
