1. Subject regulation is submitted for ccrosnent and concurrence.
2. The DDCI has concurred in the principle expressed in this revision,
which is that Agency operating budgets should be reviewed by the Project
Review Ccmittee and carry the recom ndation of that body when presented
to the MI.
25X1A 3. Regulation Mo.- Agency Activities AApproval System and Review
of Operating Budgets, is also being revised, to encompass this near procedure,
and is being forwarded simultaneously for concurrence.
4. All proposed new wording is indicated by underscoring.

to Mr. Office of the Comptroller, ext. 721.
