SUBJECT : Status of Project Review Committee Regulations
1? advises that as of today (Tuesday) all the
con are in on the above regulations except those from DD/P. Mr.
was to see Mr. Wisner this afternoon and after this conference
of RCS, was to go over to pick up the material.
2. Up to now, the major point raised by any of the components is
the request from the Assistant Director for Communications that he be
authorized to approve projects under his jurisdiction up to the amount
of $25,000.00 without the necessity of reference to the PRC. This would
put; him in the same position as the Deputy Directors as far as this type
of authority is concerned.
