SUBJECT : Loss of Experienced Employees
1. Reference is made to your memorandum of 28 January
1958 relative to loss of experienced. employees.
2. A review has been made of former personnel assigned
to the Office of the Comptroller who have left the Agency dur-
ing the past three years. A total of eight (8) in the grade
level indicated in your memorandum resigned from the Agency
during this period to go with private industry and/or other
government agencies, as follows:
Four transferred to other government agencies
(actually, one of these was requested to seek
employment outside the Agency).
Four left to go to private industries.
3. Based on the above information, it does not appear
that this Office is confronted. with the problem of its per-
sonnel leaving for the reasons cited in your memorandum.
