SUBJECT : Loss of Experienced Employees.
REFERENCE i Memo from Director of Personnel, Same Subject,
dated 28 January 1958.
1. A review of our records indicates that only two employees,
Grade GS-11 or above, have-resigned from this Division in the past
year. One left due to illness in his family and the other to accept
private employment. At present, we have two employees who have
indicated they plan to resign to accept private employment. One
has no specific position in mind and the other plans to Join ARANCO.
2. It is difficult to draw any conclusions or offer positive
suggestions as you have requested based on our limited experience.
We have not noted any indication that specific outside employers
are attempting to recruit NEA employees on a systematic basis.
