SUBJECT: Loss of Experienced Employees
REFERENCE: Memorandum for Chief, 10 Division, from Director
of Personnel, dated 28 January 1958, same subject
1. In accordance with a conversation between representatives
of our offices, I wish to confirm that 10 Division has not been
confronted, within the last year, by the problems discussed in the
referenced memorandum.
2. Although the Division has not encountered any concrete
difficulties, we appreciate that problems could arise and welcome
any countermeasures against the loss of experienced personnel
that may be devised.
