Either you or Col. White called
last Wednesday for a reference to
e basic directive covering dismissals
during "hazardous weather". The attache
is a copy of the directive which was one
incorporated in an Agency notice. The
present notice simply says people will
advised when dismissal is authorized.
Although the paper was issued in 1952, i
is still followed, the only change being
that the Civil Service Commission now
puts out the word upon notification from
Mr. Knipp.
