Junior Personnel. Application cut-off dates are given as well as
added info re selection procedures. The expiration date is 1 Dec 55.
The Notice is in good order and recommend signature.
2. I have checked with Personnel to determine when we might
expect a Career Development Regulation. - claims the Regulation 25X1A9a
was all set but that your instructions to Reynolds and on the 25X1A9a
topics of manpower, revised T/O concepts and staffing have introduced
policy decisions which stymie the Regulation for the time being.
Personnel does expect to produce the Regulation prior to expiration
of the Notices.
