Subj: Liquidation Authority in Connection with Projects
y. The GC has raised with me recently the problem of
-liquidation authrity in connection with projects. The
point is that in many cases the decision to liquidate,
methods, procedures, etc, are as important as the original
project appvl.
Lj- I would apprciate it very much if you would make a
utuay of the situation and submit your recmmendations at an
oarly date. It vouid seem that in addition to the GC, the Conrpt,
and the Commercial Staff, among others, would have primary interest
in this matter.
