I. Referenced request for five additional T/O positions
and personnel ceiling authorizations has been reviewed. This
Office approves the requested classifications for 4 additional
G3-4 Card Punch Operator positions and I GS-4 Tabulating Machine
Operator position, in the Office of Collection and Dissemination,
2. Although it is not clearly indicated in the basic
request, the Executive Officer, OCC, has advised that these addi-
tional Positions are to be assigned to the Operations Branch,
Mane IIvision,, Office of Collection and Dissemination rather
than to the Special Register Division? COD, which is f`ornishing
machine support on classified data of this program.
