Revenue was delivered by hand to the undersigned on this date. It
is forwarded through the office of the Director for ultimate retention
by the Finance Division as a vital document. In accordance with our
previous agreement, the original of the letter signed by the Director
will be retained, in the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue.
