1. The Security Office in the attached memorandums, dated
28 Bovenbw and. 5 December, has requested an increase in personnel
authorizations as indicated belov:

2. In addition to the above, the transfer of the property
audit function from Administrative and Special Support Staffs
the 1 December 1950 reorganization will result in the
transfer of 4 positions to the Security Office table of organiza-
tion The tebla of organization of Admiaistrative and Special
Su Mort Staffs will be decreed by 4 to compensate. This would
increase the Security office table of organization from 203 to 240.
3- In order that Is rely prepare tables of organisation, infor-
mation is requested if the proposed increase is approved or if any
action is required by mfr staff .
