Participants are encouraged to test new insights and techniques on problems from their
own industry or firm. To supplement classroom interaction and the informal opportunities
inherent in any well-designed executive program, faculty conferences make readily
available to Carnegie participants an unusually wide range of consulting talents.
The Program demands considerable individual effort of participants, as well as
encompassing a full schedule of classes and case work in small groups.
Participants receive three sets of readings during the months prior to their attendance.
STAFF:
Senior faculty of the Graduate School of Industrial Administration, employing a wide
variety of teaching techniques that capitalize on the small size and balanced composition
of the class. Off-the-record visits by leaders from industry, labor, and government.
