Dear Mr. Rodriguez;
Given the fine work here by your nominees in past sessions of our
Program for Executives, it hardly surprising that our Admission
Committee quickly accepted the nomination ofF- to join STATINTL
the group that will be with us in the next session of the Program
for Executives, February 3 to April 5, 1974.
Washington, going over the preparatory readings in some detail and
also discussing some specific topics for his own, independent work
while he's here with us. I was impressed by the progress he has
made on the fairly substantial preparatory readings, and his eager-
ness to dive into the work here.
In the meantime and I had a chance to meet in

incoming class and I'm confident that Charlie will find his nine
weeks here not only professionally challenging but also enjoyable
