17 June 26 July 19 74
1. Chief, Technical Security
Division, Office of Security, was nominated on 31 January

be named is indefinite.
3.' Because the Technical Security Division is a key
component in the Office of Security, absence

impair the Division's operations during this time, especially
without an experienced de put on hand. We have reluctantly
decided to withdrawl from the' Program, and we sin-
cerely regret the inconvenience this action will cause you.
