1. As you will recall, TSD has in the past few years hosted a
Research and Development Seminar for selected senior individuals
in the Clandestine Services for the purpose of explaining and seeking
guidance in our proposed Development and Engineering program for
the coming fiscal year. In the past, area division and staff responses
to these exercises have been most gratifying and have significantly
influenced the direction of our program. This year we pro os
have the conference on 21-23 March at 25X1A
Z. The following is a list of individuals whom I am suggesting for
your approval as invitees:

found this kind of quality and level of individuals essential to responsible
guidance to our coming fiscal year program. Any deletions, additions
