6. There have not been any deliveries of R-390 receivers
from the Army for the past twelve months. The latest information
from the Army (27 September 1966) was that production was halted
temporarily for some change in design, and delivery schedules
would be delayed about two months. We were scheduled to get
some receivers in August, therefore, some should arrive in early
November. Logistics was requested on 18 October to check again
with the Army about deliveries.
