1. With the annual personnel review, budget forecast
and CEL panel meetings, March has proven to be a very busy
and productive month.
2. The overtime continues to remain high as our man-
power on the home front is spread very thin.
3. The continuing effort to strengthen our technical
staff is progressing reasonably well, although qualified
Wire Equipment Technicians are very hard to come by.
