Develop, on an inter-agency coordinated basis, such other proposals and reports on broadcasting and television as may be assigned by the Board or the Board Assistants. 4. The Technical Panel on International Broadcasting (TPIB) shall continue to be responsible for technical matters pertaining to international radio and TV broadcasting. Coordination between the CCD Committee on Broadcasting and Television and the TPIB will be achieved through the Chairman of the two groups, 'or when advisable, by a joint action of the two groups. The Chairman of each group shall be kept informed and shall attend meetings or otherwise participate in the work of the other group to the extant necessary to assure proper coordination between the two groups. 5. The Committee shall consist of representatives ofs ? a. United States Iaformation Agency, Chairman. b. Department of State. C, Central Intelligence Agency. ? d. International Cooperation Administration. e. OCB Staff. ? f. Other agencies when appropriate, asi determined by the OCB Executive Officer. The Department of Defense will participate as neoessary on an ad hoc basis. 6. The Conatttee shall be guided by the 006 Detailed Operating Procedures" as stated in Pert II of the OCB Handbook, dated September 13, 1955, and by supplementary instructions issued fram time to time by the Executive Officer. 7.
