1. I talked to Kirk about the Killian Committee's desire for our study on "per-
sonnel problems." He said that he did not know exactly what they wanted and did not
believe that General-could help us but agreed to speak to the Director about 25X1A9a
it and to have it put on the agenda for the next Committee Meeting on 28 February.
2. called my attention to the fact that during the past week or so 25X1A9a
the Office of Security had asked for temporary duty travel orders for some thirteen
people who were not included in their six months estimate. I told him that those
orders which did not appear to be completely justified should be referred to me.
