by TASS an the Bulgarian notes to Great Britain and France at
the time of the Egyptian crisis indicated they were much more
abrupt than proved to be the case when the notes were published
in full, ACTION: DU/I to check press reports against contents
of the full notes,

any prior information on the recent French Elections,
