1. - buzzed on the squawk box and asked for you. Told him that you
were on leave for the remainder of the week and asked if I could help him. He said
he had a procurement problem and wondered whom he should take it to in your absence.
I suggested that he call He let that drop and asked who was in charge
of our Procurement shop; I told him that Mr, Garrison was. He said he guessed held

Mr. Garrison happened to be up here later in the day and I asked him if Mr.

the first time such a pamphlet is being offered to Government agencies and depart-
ments; heretofore it has been restricted to the Houses Senate, Executive Offices
etc. He thought that CIA might be interested in having copies and added that he
felt it should be disseminated on a very limited basis. Said that we should contact

I called in Mr. Pforzheimer's office and gave her the infor-
