The general health of squadron personnel retained good throughout the month of June. There were no medical eases of particular interest* 3. out patient visits were made to the Squadron Surgeon during the reporting period. Patient breakdown is as fotlowa$ S I house calls were made during June. Thera were to hosp.- its r4at . 4. Immunizations were given. All persons who were not an TD or taave for the month are, now current. $. Two (2) world wide fly away dispensaries have been set up which will allow two (2) simultaneous deployments of medical facilities up to 90 days without re. supply. 6.. A staff car and an ambulance have been added to the equipment of this section. The car is used chiefly by the Squadron Surgeon in his many trips to the vain base to coordinate activities in the field of his responsibility. The ambulance has been fully equipt as a crash wagon and stands by with the squadron surgeon aboard for all U-2*e take offs and landings. It has a crash alert two-way radio which allows instant communication with all base medical and crash facilities. The ambulance is currently being used as a back-up P.B. transport vehicle. The Squadron Surgeon has been evaluating full pressure suits,, vented partial pressure suits,, seat kits, and other special equipment available on the main base for possible suitability for use by this organization. . The chamber - indoedination of all personnel of this squadron riot in possession of physiologic training cards has been deemed not leasable at this time. A three (3) hour lecture series will be given to all civilian personnel within the next ten (10) days. Furthers physiologic training will be the responsibility of the ctviliau contractor. Military personnel will receive standard military indoedination. 9. Drivers will receive medical self help instruction in addition to that already given as requested by headquarters.
