Joint Committee on fltomic Energy: Committee con-
cluded its hearings on proposed legislation providing
Government indemnity against nuclear powerplant haz-
ards, with testimony from Kenneth E. Black, National
Board of Fire Underwriters; Stoddard Stevens, partner,
Sullivan & Cromwell, New York; and Andrew Biemil-
ler; legislative representative, CIO-AFL.
FOREIGN REACTOR DEVELOPMENT

executive session to discuss foreign reactor ~welopment. .

Office of the Secretary, and Philip Farley, both of the
State Department.
Committee will hold an executive session tomarrow
regarding the civilian reactor development s~rogram in
the U. S.
