On 16 May I received a letter from Mr. Hamilton Fish Armstrong,
the editor of Foreign, airs, enclosing a copy of the letter he is
sending (with minor individual variations) as a reply to persons who
write him to complain or ask an explanation about his running my article
please lost me know so we can determine bow best to tako the matter up
in the April 1966 issue without identifying me as a CIA employee. The
