Mr. Diaz Infante was specific-
ally charged with being a C.I.A.
agent for two years, formerly
providing information on nrili
tary installations and coastal
geography, and lately furnish-
ing complete, official food dis-
tribution data. He was also ac-
cused of, snarling Government
food and spare pact deliveries.
