CIA will mark all of its documents and materials originating in CIA as "Group V. This office has reviewed the attached proposed amend- ments by the Bureau of the Budget to Executive Order 10501 as they affect the activities of the Agency and material under its jurisdiction. 2. The attached reply to the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, for your signature, conveys the position of the Agency in this matter. This has been coordinated with the DDII, DD/S, DD/P and the General Counsel. 3.
