This letter is in response to your memorandum of 30 Octdter to
the Executive Secretary of the usrB requesting a copy of the USIB
mart relating to Recommendation No. 32 of the joint Study Oroup
Report

Pursuant thereto, the MIS has considered the attached enplyeis
of the foreign intelligence prore of the MIS meMber agencies
for FT 1963 compered with TY l96', prepared by the Coordination :tart
of the Director of Central /ntelligenee on the basis of interaction
emitted by USIB member sgenciee.
The agency programs sumezized herein are based upon the tentative
Plebs and estimates of each MIB meMber agency, and are therefore
subject to further review' sud revision in accordance with the normal
budgetary process. In additicol the *titivation of the Defense
Intelligence Agency will undoubtedly result in modifications of the
unitary service program se described in the attachment.
The United States Intelligence Board, after consideration of
the attached analysis, has agreed to the following actions:
44 Consistent with approved Joint Study Group Reecamendation

and such action as they might deem appropriate.

30 October, they will be the subject of a subeequent letter.
