This letter is in reference tol 11 Feb 1966
regarding manuals and train ng, and csonfirms
P.c phone conversation with Al, 18 February. The following
cowmen a pertain only to the follow-on EMR program manuals.
First, we do want the 3 hole T.O. binder punch super-
imposed on the 19 hole punch. The 3 hole punch dimensions are as
shown on page 44 of MIL-M-4410D which Phil left with All 9 February.
Second, we have arrived at a series of identifying
numbers which should be applied to these manuals, The numbers are
shown on the attachment opposite the appropriate volume. As you
these numbers are fairly close to the standard Al! system.
For your information, the CPC handbooks are acceptable
as printed and punched. Also, I will contact you or Al
regarding the revised training
We understand the manual changes requested above are
within the scope of the preesnt handbook task on subject contract.
