STATINTL Reference is made to Oletter, subject: "Contract AP33(657)-12846,
Follow-on E2R Procurement Spare Parts Requirements Thereunder," dated
1 June 1964 and Priced Spare Parts Lists No. 1, 16, 20, 21, 24, 30, 31,
41 and 44 attached thereto.
Iiumerous design change notices affecting the provisioning documents
above have been approved. We assume that the DCN's will be negotiated
separately and therefore have not attempted to reconcile the PSPL's
beyond those DCN's mentioned by the contractor.
The following comments are submitted:
1. Lists 1, 20, 24, 30 and 31 - Items and quantities are verified.
2. List 16 - Items 000460 and 000470, quantities are 1 each. The
remaining items and quantities are verified.
3. List 21 - We cannot confirm the deletion of Items 7316720,
B16800, B16940, B16980, B17640 or D00600. Item B16940 was deleted by
Change Notice E65-32.
4. Lists 41 and 44 - We are unable to verify items or quantities
on 45 Day Lists due to the constant updating of these lists by the
contractor without the processing of formal change notices. We have
recent listings published by the contractor which reflect the deletion of
some of the items appearing on the PSPL's for Lists 41 and 44.
