Dear Chuck,
After considerable review, we have decided that this
ECP should be approved. The computer involved is an integral
part of the EMR OPS AGE, a peculiar and very complex piece of
checkout equipment. The computers only use is for testing
of the EMR. -Because of this, we feel this computer does not
fall within SAC's responsibility for support and that it is
our obligation to provide necessary training.
Recommend you provide with formal approval to
proceed with this change. We c provide an exact date
for the course at this time. However, it appears that some-
where in the January - March 1967 period is reasonable.
