STATINTL
STATINTL 1. This memo is prepared for use as you see fit during
the proposediivisit to your office on 8 July 1966. The
STATINTL stated purpose or visit is to meet you prior to your
announced upcomin trer; however, an unstated purpose
may be to get a "feel" for future business.

around September 1966. The data reduction contract is relatively
free of delivery problems; however, ECP's have added about 307,
to the original cost. These ECP's are a result of SAC desires
for expanded progranining, and, I believe, the contractor's desire
to develop more sophisticated programs.
