In order to support the chine box integration effort (Contract
FH-2510) under the direction of it is his opinion that a
certain amount of overtime effort is des ra a during the early phases
of drafting. I have, to that end, authorized to use up to
a maximum of forty (40) hours of overtime. He was ur er directed
that, if such an authorization is not sufficient. he shall inform me of
his requirements in a timely manner.
Even though there is not, to my knowledge, an overtime
restriction in the contract. I must maintain control of overtime because
of the extremely low funding level available for the effort and the low
probability of obtaining funds during FY-67. Your corporation in
helping me maintain this control is requested.
