CHARLES OSGOOD: "Ever write a letter to the Editor?
Well, someone wrote to the St. Louis Globe Democrat praising
an editorial entitled 'Brickbats for Fulbright' The letter
was signed 'Richard Helms' Richard Helms is the new chief
of the CIA.
"Several Senators expressed shook today that Helms
would do that. No word so far from Helms as to whether he
really did. But the CIA Chief has agreed tq testify tomorrow
behind closed doors in the Foreign Relations. Commission,":
