(AP)-A Republican call for investigation of cTars against Sen. Thomas J. Dodd, D- Conn., has been rejected by Gov. John N. Dempsey. Dempsey turned down state GOP Chairman A. Searle Pinney's request in a letter to Pinney yesterday. Columnists Drew Pearson and Jack Anderson raised the accusations, and Dodd him- self requested the current investigation by the Senate Ethics. Committee. Dodd also filed a libel suit against the columnists.
