It ruled that five persons de

arbitrary deteneion."
Seven others allegedly in-
volved in the kidnaping would
be tried in their-absence at
the same trial.
They are Oufkir, whom the
French allege organized the
kidnaping, M. Ahmed Dlimi,
assistant director of state se-
' eurity - in Morocco, Miloud
Chtouki, a Moroccan police-
man, and four French under
world figures, former gangster
