I Will D. Smith Dies at 59,
CIA Information Official.
Will D. Smith, 59, a Central
Intelligence Agency official,
died Saturday night of a cere-
bral hemorrhage at George-
town University Hospital.
Mr. Smith joined the CIA
in 1956. He was an administra-
tive official dealing with in-
formmation control, the Agency
said.
