Inter- ment will follow in Arlington Na- tional Cemetery. - . Kr, Skeels resided at 1147 Can- terbury Lane and is survived by this wife, Mrs. Martha Delamar Skeels; two sons, Robert A. Jr., and Bradley E. Skeels, both of Alexandria; his father, W. H. Skeels of Joplin, Mo.; three sis- ters, Mrs. Doris Burnett and Mrs. Glenn Graham, both of California and Mrs. William Boydston of Can- ton, Ohio, and one brother, Regi- nald V. Skeels of Alexandria. M, Skeels served with the Army during World War II apd was em- ployed a a personnel officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.
